I count myself incredibly fortunate to be involved in the equine world as I am and to have had the opportunity to come to know the characters of many horses, not least of all my own. I love to try and capture both the bond of the relationship between horse and owner and the character of the horses in my images. Often unpredictable but always very special, there are few animals that give me as much joy to photograph than our equine friends. It is through the bond I have with my own horse Marley, that I appreciate just how crucial it is capturing that through the work I produce.
